We source, recruit and screen the best candidates for the programme based on your requirements. Yes2Day has access to close to half a million job seekers nationwide, with a vast range of skill sets and qualifications. Once a candidate is selected, we will arrange all contracting and administration requirements to transition the candidate smoothly on to the YES programme.
If you wish to sponsor youth but don’t have the capacity to employ them within your business, we will place them within a suitable SME. Yes2Day has access to thousands of vetted SMEs around the country. We will make the perfect match, ensuring a successful placement where value is added to the SME. We will support the SMEs in successfully onboarding and mentoring these youth.
We will manage all timesheet administration for the sponsored interns. Should interns leave the programme for any reason, Yes2Day will replace the intern. Yes2Day will upload monthly reports on the YES website for compliance purposes.
We will arrange for them to be paid monthly as per the required stipend amount. Any payroll disputes will be handled by our payrolll management team.
We will track all interns for the duration of the internships and provide monthly progress and payroll reports on all interns.
